The UK will re-join the Erasmus+ programme for the 2027/28 academic year.

In this changing landscape of funding, BSU are saddened to hear that the UK government will not be extending the Turing Scheme funding past 2026/27.

However, we welcome the news that the UK will re-join the Erasmus+ programme for the 2027/28 academic year. As part of the post-Brexit deal with the European Union, the UK left the Erasmus+ programme in 2020.

The Go Global Team is currently working to secure access to the programme for BSU students and staff during the 2027/28 academic year. If we are successful in securing Erasmus+ funding we will find out the outcome in summer 2027.

If you have any questions or queries on this, please contact the Go Global Team by email at GoGlobal@bathspa.ac.uk
