Tech4Good South West is a community of charities, tech professionals and purpose-led businesses across the region. They host the spaces where real relationships form, real problems get solved, and real impact follows.

brings together charities, social enterprises, businesses, universities and people working in technology to explore how digital and tech can be used for positive social impact. They are driven by the belief that better outcomes come from connecting people across sectors – sharing knowledge and skills, tackling challenges such as digital inclusion, and helping organisations make better use of technology in ways that strengthen communities.

Tech4Good advocates for responsible and transparent technology. They share the public interest values of privacy, security, fairness and accountability, and believe these must be embedded in the digital solutions we all help create.

Partnership

For both ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ and Tech4Good South West, this partnership is about strengthening those local connections and finding practical ways to work together on shared challenges, including digital inclusion and ensuring that more people and organisations can benefit from technology.

It also creates opportunities for BSU to connect into the wider network of charities, businesses and technology professionals Tech4Good South West brings together across the region. That combination of strong local roots and wider collaboration is exactly what Tech4Good South West enables.

We’re really excited to welcome ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ into the Tech4Good Southwest community. Universities have an important role to play in the region’s tech for good ecosystem – bringing together research, skills, creativity and emerging talent.
