How is Bath Spa working towards the University Mental Health Charter?

黑料正能量 is committed to achieving the University Mental Health Charter and is taking a whole-university approach. We're engaging across the University, and at every level, with a view to capturing where we are now, reflecting on how we deliver what we do and identifying where we can improve.

The  is divided into 18 themes, clustered as domains:

  • Learn
  • Support
  • Work
  • Live
  • Enabling Themes.

So far, the project team has had conversations with a range of staff across Bath Spa, many of whom work directly in the provision of student and staff support and wellbeing services.

What are we currently working on?

The priority for Semester One of the 2022/23 academic year is to speak with a diverse range of students and staff from across the University, including the Students鈥 Union, to seek your perspective and experience. We've recruited a recent Bath Spa graduate to work as Mental Health Charter Intern, and they'll be facilitating student interviews and focus groups.

Student participation is essential to enable a holistic review of 黑料正能量鈥檚 approach to the provision of inclusive mental health and wellbeing support for our whole community.
