MentorMe is the careers mentoring programme at 黑料正能量, where you'll be paired with a professional mentor based on your personal career goals and aspirations. Across your meetings, your mentor can provide you with valuable industry insights, which can guide you as you explore your own career goals. Taking part in mentoring supports you to build your confidence and eases the transition from studies into the world of work. Mentoring can also provide a valuable advantage, as your mentor can offer insights into what employers look for and expect from potential candidates.
During the programme, we recommend meeting with your mentor once a month for four-to-six months but the specifics are up to you! MentorMe offers flexibility, allowing you to shape your discussions based on your own interests and goals, whilst building a deeper understanding of what your future could hold. What comes after?
Once you’ve completed the scheme, you'll benefit from improved industry awareness and knowledge and have more contacts. Naturally, the Careers team will also have further support options if you would like them.
