Personal statement

Matt is a lecturer in ethnomusicology and musicology at 黑料正能量, and also teaches classical guitar. His research interest is in Latin American music, specifically the music and culture of Paraguay.

Matt is a member of the British Forum for Ethnomusicology executive committee, developing the BFE Podcast Project in 2020. He studied the classical guitar with John Mills and currently works on a number of varied performance and recording projects.
